A life drawn in purpose, values, and flowing lines.

A life I own and live fully.

My life has been a joyful quest, not always to become more, but to return to the quiet truth of who I am beneath the noise, expectations, and roles I play.

As a child, I always found solace in drawing. The peaceful rhythm of lines flowing onto paper became my way of seeking balance amidst life’s joys and chaos. Even then, I was reaching for harmony and belonging within myself. I didn’t know that this simple act of creating would become the foundation of my reflection practice, a personal space where thoughts, emotions, and instincts could breathe and unfold.

As I grew, curiosity about myself, my inner circle, and the unseen forces that shape us led me to study Organisational Psychology and Management, a path that offered a deeper understanding of why we do what we do and how we can become more conscious versions of ourselves. Over the following three decades, my professional journey unfolded in Strategy, Talent and Leadership Development, working alongside leaders, teams, and organisations across industries and continents. Yet amidst boardrooms and coaching dialogues, I realised a simple truth:

Every meaningful growth moment begins when we pause to reflect.

It isn’t degrees or accolades that shape us most. Even the best of learning loses its essence without reflection. Real growth happens in the quiet, often uncomfortable moments when we listen inward - to face our saboteurs, question our patterns, and make conscious choices that align with our true selves.

One such moment came 25 years ago, during an assignment in South Africa. Alone in a hotel room, grappling with life choices, I picked up a black pen and let my hand move without direction. Drawing became a portal for reflection for finding clarity when life felt blurred.

Your Secret Superpowers! is born of this journey. This book carries the fire of my mother’s creative spark, the steady roots of family, friends, and colleagues who whisper, “keep going,” and above all, the unwavering love of my husband and son, who walk with me through every season, believing in the unseen until it becomes form. Without them, I would not be who I am.
