Shipping Policy

General

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days of payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a tracking link once your book is shipped.

Shipping is handled by PostNL/DHL.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 3-7 working days
• EU: 5-9 working days
• Worldwide: 8-18 working days

Delays due to customs or peak periods (December) may occur.

Packaging

Each book is shrink wrapped, sealed and shipped in a protective packing to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties & International Deliveries

When your order is sent beyond the European Union, it may pass through local customs in the destination country. While we carefully prepare every parcel with love and transparency, customs authorities may apply import VAT, duties, or handling fees according to local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout and, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient — even when the order is marked as a gift.

Customs processes and charges are entirely determined by the destination country, and unfortunately we are unable to predict or control if, when, or how much may be charged. Delays caused by customs inspections are also outside our control.

To ensure smooth delivery, all international parcels are accompanied by the required customs declaration with an accurate description and value of the contents, as required by law.

If you are sending a book as a gift, please be aware that your recipient may be contacted by local postal services or customs to pay any applicable charges before delivery can be completed.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@yoursecretsuperpowers.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Also the photos of the outer safety packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy. The return of the product will be on buyers cost.
