Return & Refund Policy (in line with Dutch and EU Law)
Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period (herroepingsrecht) from the date of delivery to return your order without providing a reason.

To start a return, email hello@yoursecretsuperpowers.com with your order number and reason for return (optional).

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original condition and shrink wrapped sealed packaging. No books opened from the shrink wrap will be accepted.

• Collector’s Editions must include the magnetic box and all inserts.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their nature, the following cannot be returned:

• Signed or personalised editions

• Digital downloads or bonus materials

• Items damaged due to improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after we receive the damaged goods back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once your return is approved and received.
